Zycomp Systems Limited to Integrate My Proof of Insurance eDelivery

(Victoria, BC – March 28, 2018) Zycomp Systems Limited today announced its plans to integrate CSIO’s My Proof of Insurance eDelivery solution with the Power Broker Management System and make it available in upcoming version 4.33, due out on Friday, April 20th. As part of this integration, brokers will be able to send digital policy documents for personal and commercial lines, including proof of auto insurance (eSlips), to customers.

Additionally, Zycomp is providing the ability for any document produced within Power Broker to be sent via My Proof of Insurance eDelivery including, but not limited to: invoices, customer statements, applications for insurance, other CSIO industry forms, MS Outlook, Excel or Word documents, scanned images, pictures, PDF reports, etc.

“I’ve always been committed to improving and expanding what our Power Broker Management System has to offer, and I knew immediately that doing this integration with CSIO’s My Proof of Insurance eDelivery solution would be a value add for my broker customers,” states Steve Zylak, President of Zycomp Systems Limited. “I would also like to thank Roger Dawson of MASTERCOM Consulting Ltd. for his excellent collaborative work in meeting the data communication requirements between Power Broker and CSIO’s My Proof of Insurance eDelivery solution.”

The application programming interface (API) supports integration between My Proof of Insurance eDelivery and other software applications such as BMS platforms and carrier systems, including innovative solutions such as chatbots.

“I am pleased to see that Zycomp will be integrating My Proof of Insurance eDelivery into its Power Broker product, and I’m sure many brokerages are happy about this news as well,” says Catherine Smola, President & CEO of CSIO. “I look forward to seeing other software providers integrate this solution into their systems, providing workflow benefits to as many Canadian brokerages as possible.”

The My Proof of Insurance eDelivery solution was developed by CSIO, in collaboration with brokers and carriers including Gore Mutual, Northbridge Insurance and RSA Canada to meet evolving consumer demands for anytime, anywhere, any device interaction. Visit www.csio.com/edelivery to learn more.
